For instance with the hotbars, just bind the switch hotbar action to keys that are very convenient and when you start to overflow you can group similar spells on the same hotbars. I think you'll get used to it when you play a little more. You can get more information on that mod here, and reddit thread about EE mods after : I was able to find XC_Bags, which automatically adds items you pick up to the appropriate bag in your inventory, but I'm pretty sure you will have to deal with only seeing a few items at a time (just like if you're looking into your Source Hunter Backpack) rather than your entire inventory, which would be a major drawback for me. I didn't experiment much with mods on EE but I did some quick googling for ya. One of the best things of dos2 (comparatively) was how much they imrpoved those 2 areas.
